The apartment building is located in Neuenhagen near Berlin (MOL district), behind the easternmost city limits of Berlin. The community is characterized by a high population of trees and well-kept gardens, which is why it is affectionately and cheerfully called the Garden City. Furthermore, Neuenhagen has repeatedly received the title of “child and family-friendly community in Brandenburg” thanks to the intensively expanded care and educational offerings. The joyful settlement of people in Neuenhagen is due not only to the natural character but also to the very good transport connections including the S-Bahn, motorway and federal road.
The local public transport infrastructure is within walking distance of the S-Bahn station Neuenhagen with the S-Bahn line S5 (Strausberg Nord - Westkreuz) as well as the bus connections 940 and N61 to S Hoppegarten/ S Neuenhagen, which connects the entire community, as well as the bus line 949 to Petershagen/Fredersdorf is well guaranteed. The S-Bahn line S5 serves as a direct feeder to Berlin city center or the neighboring town of Strausberg, from which the regional train line RB26 leaves and takes you to the Berlin Ostkreuz interchange station in around 23 minutes.

Via Hönower Chaussee/Altlandsberger Chaussee you can reach the Berliner Ring (A10) within 11 minutes by car and via Lindenallee/Rennbahnalle you can reach the federal highway B1 within 9 minutes by car.
Via the multi-lane motorway and the federal highway and the connecting connections you can get to Alexanderplatz (Berlin-Mitte) in about 40 minutes or to Bernau in 20 minutes or just as quickly in the other direction to Grünheide (Mark).
The proximity to the new Berlin-Brandenburg Airport (BER) for additional holiday trips is good. In addition, BER and the nearby TESLA location support the positive economic development of the area.


The municipality of Neuenhagen has ten daycare centers and three primary schools as well as the popular Einstein-Gymnasium, a high school and two special needs schools. Furthermore, you can reach the Alice Salomon University, Germany's largest university for social work, health, education and training (SAGE for short) in nearby Hellersdorf in around 20 minutes by car.
