HOW TO LIVE HERE

FAMILY-FRIENDLY RESIDENTIAL AREA WITH GOOD CONNECTIONS

The detached house is located in Treptow-Köpenick, the easternmost district of Berlin. The former fishing village of Rahnsdorf invites Berliners into a recreational landscape rich in lakes and forests and attracts hikers, cyclists and water sports enthusiasts. In summer, we recommend a freshly smoked fish with a cool beer at the Müggelseefischerei directly on the banks of the Müggelspree. This is also where you can board the ferry to take visitors to the Müggelsee and beyond.

TRANSPORT CONNECTIONS

The local public transport infrastructure is well served by the Wilhelmshagen S-Bahn station, which is within walking distance of the S-Bahn line S3 (Erkner - Spandau) and the bus routes 161 and N61 to Schöneiche/Erkner and Dämeritzsee. It also serves as a direct connection to the Müggelsee lido and tram line 61 with a direct connection to Friedrichshagen and Adlershof. The S-Bahn line S3 serves as a direct feeder line to Berlin city centre or to the neighbouring town of Erkner, from where the regional train line RE1 departs and takes you to Berlin city centre or Frankfurt (Oder) in around 30 minutes. The local public transport offer is rounded off by the ferries F23 and F24, which run on the Müggelspree and take you across the Müggelsee to Müggelheim.

Via Fürstenwalder Allee/ Fangschleusenstraße you can reach the Berliner Ring (A10) within 13 minutes by car and the Adlergestell or the B96a within 35 minutes by car.

Using the multi-lane motorways and connecting connections, you can reach Alexanderplatz (Berlin-Mitte) and Bernau in around 45 minutes, or Frankfurt (Oder) in another direction just as quickly.

The proximity to the new Berlin-Brandenburg Airport (BER) for additional holiday trips is good. In addition, BER and the nearby TESLA location support the positive economic development of the area.
