Here we orientate ourselves on time values (from 145,- EUR per hour), with our partners the values can deviate.

The question cannot be answered in a general way and depends strongly on the desired result.

Renting out real estate and taking care of the tenants' needs as well as the constant maintenance of the property requires a lot of time and money. In addition, there is the sometimes very high inheritance tax burden.

We also would not advise anyone to manage properties that are more than a 2 hour drive away.
