Senzig has been a district of the town of Königs Wusterhausen – south-east of Berlin – since 2003. TRANSPORT LINKS

The transport links allow you flexible mobility in all directions. In just a few minutes, you can reach Königs Wusterhausen station, from where regional and S-Bahn services take you quickly towards Berlin. The RE2, RE7 and RB22 regional trains, as well as the S46 S-Bahn line, serve as direct links to Berlin city centre. Furthermore, from here you can also reach the surrounding towns via other bus routes, and Frankfurt (Oder) via the RB36. Via the nearby federal highways and the A10 motorway (Berliner Ring), you have excellent connections to the wider road network. Via the multi-lane motorway and its junctions, you can reach Kurfürstendamm (City-West) and the state capital Potsdam in around 45 minutes, or Frankfurt (Oder) just as quickly in the opposite direction.
This also provides excellent access to the new Berlin-Brandenburg Airport (BER) for additional holiday travel.

EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES

The district of Senzig alone has 3 nurseries and a primary school (Am Krimnicksee). Across the entire municipal area of Königs Wusterhausen, there are further primary schools as well as secondary schools. For example, the Dahme-Spreewald Upper Secondary School is located at Königs Wusterhausen railway station. Long journeys to school are a thing of the past!
